Privacy Statement
Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data. The Secretary of Framlingham Unitarian Trustees is currently Data Controller for Framlingham Unitarian Trustees and congregation. The Data Controller, on behalf of Framlingham Unitarian Trustees, seeks to comply with obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
We may use your data for the following purposes: for the Trustees to carry out the legitimate business of the Trust; for the congregation to carry out the legitimate business of the congregation.
Your personal data will be treated as confidential and will only be shared as necessary for the functioning of the Trustees, or shared for the functioning of the congregation – with these data sets maintained separately. We would only share data with third parties with your consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying the Secretary.
We will retain your data for no longer than common sense dictates in accordance with relevant purposes.
We wish to respect your rights in relation to personal data as governed by law. If data is to be processed for new purposes this Statement will be updated as necessary.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data
We will process your personal data only on one of the following grounds: that you have given consent; processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation; processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller except where such interests are overridden by the interests, rights or freedoms of the data subject.
